As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

Reading File Attachments in SmartVoice

To read a file that someone has sent you as an attachment in SmartVoice:

  1. Select the attachment in the message envelope.

  2. Select the File menu, then Save Attachment.

  3. Select the location on your computer where you want the file to be saved.

    Tip: You can also drag the attached file to the desired location on your desktop.

  4. Open the saved attachment in the appropriate program.
