SCOTUS Review

On Thursday, Sept. 6, 11:30 am – 1 pm, you are invited to attend the SCOTUS review of prominent decisions of last term. Joey Fishkin, Bill Sage and Larry Sager will address aspects of the Obamacare decision and Mike Churgin and Barbara Hines will discuss the Arizona immigration law case. The talk will take place in the Francis Auditorium. Pizza will be served.

ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING-WILLEM C. VIS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION MOOT

This is an organizational meeting for students who are interested in participating in the 20th annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The goal of the Vis Arbitration Moot is to foster the study of international commercial law and arbitration for resolution of international business disputes through its application to a concrete problem of a client and to train law leaders of tomorrow in methods of alternative dispute resolution.
