Please join us for a special event featuring Miguel Sarre, Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Public Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Professor Sarre will present a talk entitled “Prisons in Latin America: Building up the Wall of Separation between Justice and Revenge.” The event is co-sponsored by the Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies and the Immigration Clinic.
