After launching Outlook, you will see a notice from Outlook asking permission to allow Autodiscover to re-configure the client. Select the Always use my response for this server checkbox and click Allow.
Once this is complete, Outlook will need to be closed and re-opened again. You should now be connected. This can be verified by the message “Connected to” and then the name of your Outlook Profile (in this case, Utexas) in the bottom right hand corner of Outlook:
Note: Outlook may prompt for credentials during the final restart. If this occurs, enter your UTEID@austin.utexas.edu and your UT EID password, check the Save Password checkbox, and click OK.
