Write Your Exams (Opt Out of Typing)

How the Billing Process Works

To type  your in-class Law exams on your laptop, you must use Extegrity Exam4 software. You need only pay the software fee ($30 Law School Charges) once per academic year. All Law students are pre-registered to type their exams and are notified of their window to opt-out each semester. A Law student who opts-out is only opted-out for the given semester, will continue to be pre-registered for Exam4 and must opt-out in subsequent semesters if he/she prefers to handwrite in-class exams.

For Students With Early/Midterm Exams

Students enrolled in courses with early or mid-term exams will be notified of their pre-registration and window to opt-out early in the semester. Students not enrolled in courses with early/midterm exams will be notified of their pre-registration and window to opt-out at least four weeks before the final exam period.

Whitebooks are provided for students who opt to handwrite their exams. Students are responsible for bringing their own pens and pencils.
