New Capital Metro advertising policies effective Fall 2013:

Artwork that is date specific will not be accepted.
Capital Metro has requested each department submit new original artwork each year.


Requests for space must be approved by Blanca Gamez, 471-6214 or Spaces are for student service fee supported departments and are not available for student organizations, businesses or community groups. Space has been allocated on a first-come, first served basis.

Placards must be re-printed every year.

11” high X 17” long.Installed bus cards will have a ½” border covered by the holding devices.


.03 MM Styrene Polykote only. Placards submitted on any other type of material will not be accepted.

Please note: Any placards presented that do not meet the standards will not be displayed and no reimbursement for any costs incurred will be refunded.

Number of Signs:

You will need to have a minimum of 100 signs of one design printed for the shuttle buses.

About Billing:

Parking and Transportation Services will work with Capital Metro in order to complete the installation. Departments need to cover all printing costs.
