Join over 500 pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for our annual CPE seminar. The Seminar is held in Austin on a weekend each September
The program provides tools and knowledge that can be immediately applied upon return to practice. The seminar offers up to 15 contact hours of ACPE accredited pharmacy continuing education.
The interprofessional Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy Update, held each October, traditionally provides 15 hours of CE credit on current treads in mental illness treatment for pharmacists, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, advance practice nurses, counselors, and social workers.
ICD2 continues its tradition of offering an informal forum for the exchange of ideas concerning the drug discovery and drug development process.
The conference, held each February, brings together national and international scientists from academia, the pharmaceutical industry, the biotechnology industry and regulatory agencies for the opportunity to learn of and discuss new initiatives for finding a better way to develop new drugs as well as to improve the quality of existing drug products.
The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy is a licensed instructional partner of APhA's Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services Certificate Training Program (MTM).
The University of Texas College of Pharmacy hosts the annual Preceptor Orientation and Training Conference every August for UT Austin College of Pharmacy Precetpors. The goal of the Preceptor Orientation and Training Conference, is to introduce, update, reinforce and enhance the precepting skills of University of Texas-affiliated preceptor-faculty so that they may serve as effective teachers, mentors, and supervisors of UT pharmacy students and residents. Online versions of the live programs are also offered for on-demand preceptor CPE.
