"The Role of Face in Russo-American Relations: Lessons from the Conclusion of the Cold War and Prognoses for the Future"
Simon Miles is a PhD student in the Department of History working on US-Soviet relations during the Andropov and Chernenko periods (1982-1985). He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the London School of Economics.
