As part of the Festival de la Francophonie, John Antonelli, owner of Antonelli’s Cheese Shop, Austin’s widely successful boutique cheese shop in Hyde Park, will talk about his business and preparation in France studying and learning all about cheeses. He will describe seven general styles of cheese, and then lead participants through a dégustation of four different cheeses.
Seating is open to the public as space allows.
