Biography
I am currently working towards my MA in Germanic studies as I prepare to continue on in the PhD program. My interests include 19th and 20th century literature and, more specifically, notions of self and nationhood during times of social upheaval. My current research is focused on theological discourse in 19th century and how the disunity of this discourse creates challenges when discussing the "German" narrative.
