Welcome 2012 Recruiting Participants:
We are looking forward to meeting you on Wednesday, March 21, and Thursday, March 22, here at The University of Texas at Austin! We will be meeting you at 3:50 pm in the lobby of the AT&T Executive Center on campus the afternoon of March 21, where you will be warmly welcomed by our faculty and graduate students at a reception at the Scholz Garten at 4:30 pm. After 7:30 pm you will have a chance to talk with our graduate students at the Dog and Duck Pub.
The following morning we will meet in the lobby of the AT&T Center for check-out at 8:00 am. Julie Kniseley will walk with you to the Executive Conference Room (SAC 3.114) at the Student Activity Center on the UT campus for a taco breakfast at 8:30 am and presentations/Q&A, until 11:15 am. We will have lunch and open house with faculty in Burdine Hall from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm. Our program will end early in the afternoon of March 22. If you are interested in speaking with a faculty member, please email him/her to see if they will be on campus. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our community.
Best wishes for safe travel,
