Alumna appointed Provost and Chief Academic Officer at University of San Francisco

Jennifer Turpin has been appointed Provost and Chief Academic Officer at the University of San Francisco.  Jennifer received her PhD from the University of Texas Department of Sociology in 1991 and has gone on to a distinguished career in Justice and Peace Studies.  Her appointment was greeted by a standing ovation from faculty and staff.
