Austin Mayor Will Wynn will present a key to the City of Austin to Brazilian Minister of Culture and internationally renowned musician Gilberto Gil. The event includes an open house focusing on Brazilian cultures and featuring performances by the Austin Samba School, Seu Jacinto, and the Crying Monkeys.
