Kiosite is a growing, entrepreneurial company that provides solutions to more effectively match talented individuals and career opportunities. Our Client Service Associate is an important member of a dynamic team. The Client Service Associate is responsible for supporting an ongoing book of business by providing regular telephone and e-mail-based support to our clients and job seekers. The associate also assists in cultivating client relationships, launching new client accounts, recording account activity and correspondence, and assisting with business development efforts. 

Position Responsibilities Include: 

The Client Service Associate supports routine requests including, but not limited to, account set-up, ongoing user support and troubleshooting, assessment interpretation, and data review and analysis. The associate is also responsible for tracking communication in the company's client relationship management system, and after training, must demonstrate expansive and thorough knowledge of Kiosite's products and services. 

The role requires a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness as well as regular client interface in order to assure satisfaction with the company's services. The candidate is responsible for the preparation of weekly and quarterly client service reports, and identifying and tracking applicable related data and trends. 

The Client Service Associate must keep apprised of hiring trends and practices and will also coordinate projects as requested. 

Position Requirements Include: 

Able to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks. 
Excellent customer service orientation and skills. 
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills 
A self-starter, regularly showing initiative. 
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 
Bachelor's Degree and experience in Human Resources, Business, or Communications are preferred.
