The Liberal Arts Honors Study Abroad Scholarships

The Liberal Arts Honors Program will award scholarships in varyingamounts to support LAH students who will be studying abroad in theSpring, Summer, and/or Fall of 2009.  An LAH student may apply for thisscholarship by writing a one-page statement of his or her study abroadplans. The statement should include where and what the student will bestudying, the projected cost involved, and the role that study abroadand the mastery of a foreign language plays in the student's academicand career goals. Please attach this coversheet to your one-pagestatement.

• Now is the time to apply for Liberal Arts Honors Study Abroad Scholarships for Spring 2010. Scholarship application deadline: 5:00 pm November 2, 2009.
• Now is also the time to begin plans to study abroad for Fall and Summer 2010. Scholarship application deadline: 5:00 pm March 1, 2010.

To apply, please complete the Liberal Arts Honors Study Abroad Scholarship Application and attach your one-page statement.  Submit applications, as directed, to Liberal Arts HonorsPrograms Office.
