Freshman Scholarship Application (FSA) deadline: Students must complete the FSA to be eligible for any and all merit-based scholarships offered through UT and Plan II Honors. To access and submit the FSA, applicants must first complete and SUBMIT the ApplyTexas application (including all supporting documents). Every Plan II applicant should be sure to complete this application; it is the basis of all merits scholarships.
Financial need is not a factor.
