The Humanities Institute presents a live performance staged inside the "Forgotten Gateway: Coming to America Through Galveston Island" exhibit at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.
The event is a a part of the Humanities Institute's Living Newspaper Project. Shows will run twice daily — at 10 a.m and 2 p.m. — on Thursday, Aug. 6 and Friday, Aug. 7 and once on Saturday, Aug. 8 at 4 p.m. The Saturday performance will be followed by a reception. The Living Newspaper Summer Performance Troupe is co-sponsored by the Webber Family Foundation and The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.
