Mike Gershon Speaks on Groundwater Availability

For the Energy Center’s Distinguished Speaker Series, Mike Gershon spoke at the law school March 5 on groundwater availability. Specifically, his talk focused on the statutory model for quantifying the resource and determining water availability and implications of state water planning and Federal action under the Endangered Species Act
Mike is a partner at the environmental law firm of Lloyd Gosselink. He is General Counsel to several groundwater conservation districts, and represents several cities and utilities, and many landowners and businesses. Mike also works on endangered species issues, primarily involving species that depend upon spring flow.
