What you will learn:

•Cognitive barriers which impede settlement •Dealing with highly emotional and difficult people and how to convert them to friends of the process •How to rewire destructive negotiations and get them back on a forward track •Specific techniques to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the joint session •Ways to improve the use of private sessions and caucusing •Methods to increase value and impact of pre-mediation preparations •Effective post mediation practices
