What do professors mean when they say that your analysis is the most important part of any answer you might give? Logically applying rules to various sets of facts is a fundamental skill necessary for successful exam taking and legal practice. You have only really learned “the law” when you can apply it. Come find out how.
This is a repeat session from 9/24. The session is intended for Section 2, but any 1L student may attend.
