Description
This seminar explores the nature of intellectual property law, its economics, and the economics of innovation. Each student will be expected to participate in class discussion, to complete a number of short writing assignments, to write a longer paper to satisfy the seminar writing requirement, and to make an in-class presentation regarding the longer-paper project. No technical training or courses are required as prerequisites.
